Using this website
This website describes drainage services provided by The Clogfather Drainage Services Limited. General information on the site is not a diagnosis of a particular drain. The work required depends on inspection, access and the condition of the site.
Enquiries and attendance
A form submission asks us to contact you; it does not book an appointment or guarantee an attendance time. For urgent drainage issues, call us. Same-day attendance is subject to availability and location.
Quotations and work
Prices, VAT where applicable, work scope, payment arrangements, cancellation information and any written warranty are confirmed in the quotation or job-specific agreement. Additional investigation may be needed before a repair can be specified. A no-dig option is not suitable for every drain.
Access and reinstatement
Please tell us about access restrictions, hazards, parking, permits and site requirements when making an enquiry. Any excavation, disposal, reinstatement or finish included in the work will be set out in the agreed quotation.
