When this service can help
Repeated accumulations, regular clearance call-outs or a site that depends on continuous drainage can prompt a maintenance discussion. A useful plan starts with the history of the problem and the areas affected. The aim is to understand what can sensibly be managed through scheduled work and what needs a different solution.
Common causes
Some drains collect material as part of their use, while others block because damage or roots are catching debris. A schedule should not conceal an unresolved structural problem. Previous call-out records, survey footage and details of site operations help identify whether inspection, cleaning, repair or a combination is appropriate.
How we solve it
We review the drainage information available and discuss accessible runs, operational restrictions and previous faults. An initial CCTV survey or cleaning visit may be needed to establish a baseline. The plan should identify the assets or drain runs covered, the work proposed and how findings will be communicated to the responsible contact. An agreed maintenance scope can include planned jetting, drainage cleaning and periodic CCTV inspections where useful. Visits are scheduled around the site and reviewed against actual findings. If a defect is discovered, we explain it and discuss a separate repair scope. Attendance commitments and reporting requirements are agreed individually.
